Still the Glory
v1
Still the glory of Your cross so bright,
the light to guide us safely home.
From pain and sorrow springs the triumph of love;
such love, to be with you again.
v2
Ashamed, I bring my weakness, my offence
before the cross of Christ my King.
My heart is open to a new life, inspired
by love, to be with you again.
br
In life you furnish me with hope and grace;
in death provide me with the same.
Guilt and sadness will be washed away
by love, in your presence once again.
ch1
Still your glory be and still your presence be
forever within me my Lord.
I sing of your glory; I sing out your praise
in love, to be with you again.
v3
Still your glory be through all my years,
in darkest hours and soaring joy.
I will follow you – a life serving you
with love, to be with you again.
